This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has experience in construction or a related trade, and takes pride in creating high-quality finished products. Whether you're setting the foundation for a patio, pouring concrete, or framing an outdoor structure, your expertise will help bring our landscape designs to life. What You'll Do<ul><li>Assist in site preparation, including excavation, grading, and material handling</li><li>Install hardscape elements such as retaining walls, patios, and walkways</li><li>Perform concrete work, including pouring, forming, and finishing</li><li>Assist with framing and carpentry for outdoor structures</li><li>Operate construction equipment like skid steers, compactors, and power tools</li><li>Measure, cut, and assemble materials according to project specifications</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site</li></ul>What We're Looking For<ul><li>Experience in construction or landscaping (concrete, framing, excavation, or related trades preferred)</li><li>Ability to read blueprints, take measurements, and operate power tools</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude</li><li>Comfort with working in various weather conditions and performing physically demanding tasks</li><li>Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred but not mandatory)</li><li>Punctuality and a strong work ethic.
