As a Carpenter, you will be an essential part of our team, working on a variety of projects. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in their craftsmanship, enjoys problem-solving on-site, and thrives in a collaborative environment. You will work alongside lead carpenters and project managers to bring high-quality renovations to life while maintaining professionalism and efficiency on the job site.

Responsibilities

• Perform rough and finish carpentry on residential remodeling projects
• Assist with framing, drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and other construction tasks
• Work closely with lead carpenters and project managers to complete jobs efficiently
• Follow detailed blueprints, plans, and job specifications
• Maintain a clean and safe worksite, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
• Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors
• Troubleshoot and solve job-site challenges proactively

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of carpentry experience (residential remodeling preferred)
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, tools, and materials
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and job plans
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and grow in the trade
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination.
