We're looking for a reliable and hardworking Retail Associate / Yard Labourer to support daily operations at our landscape supply yard. This is a hands-on, versatile role for someone who enjoys physical work, helping customers, and keeping things running smoothly. From preparing products to loading vehicles, every day will be a little differentand you'll be counted on to step in where needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Fill Landscape materials into sellable bags for customer use.
• Help customers load bags, pavers, or bulk materials into their vehicles.Provide friendly, helpful service on-site.
• Keep the yard clean, safe, and well-organized throughout the day.
• Use our POS system to assist with customer transactions during peak times.
• Comfortable learning basic technology tools (tablets, terminals, etc.).
• May occasionally be asked to use a loader to assist with customer loading.
• May learn to operate a 5-ton delivery truck for basic deliveries.
• Pitch in with a variety of tasks as neededbeing adaptable is key to this role
• Note: This is not an equipment operator positionexperience is welcome, but not required. Training provided where needed.

Requirements:

• Class 5 Driver's License (Required)
• Physically capable of lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in all conditions
• Comfortable using basic tech and POS systems (training provided)
• Willing to work weekends and flexible hours (7-day availability preferred)
• Can follow instructions, stay organized, and work well with a team
• Positive attitude and ready to take initiative when needed
• Familiarity with landscape materialsForklift, loader, or delivery experience (againnot required)
• Prior yard, warehouse, or customer service experience

Compensation:

• Full time position.
• Competitive hourly rate at $16.00 to $18.00 an hour, commensurate with experience.
